How it works

From Google consent to a public booking page in minutes.

  1. 1

    Connect Google Calendar

Authorize Google Calendar access and choose exactly which existing business calendars belong in Awase.

  2. 2

    Tune the shared view

Assign colors, privacy defaults, tags, and sync range settings so the workspace stays focused.

  3. 3

    Publish calm availability

Define booking types and weekly time slots, then invite collaborators or share a page that shows only what you approve.

Fast business adoption

Connect. Configure. Start working.

There is no calendar migration and no new process to teach from scratch. Awase connects to the Google calendars your business already uses, imports the useful scheduling window first, and lets you add assistants, privacy rules, booking types, and client links as you need them.

Privacy and Google data use

Share availability without sharing your whole calendar.

Awase uses Google Calendar data to provide calendar import, event sync, privacy filtering, assistant collaboration, and shared availability. The use of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs adheres to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Users can disconnect Google Calendar from the dashboard when they no longer want Awase to sync their calendars.

Read the privacy policy
  • Google Calendar data is used only for scheduling features users request.
  • You choose which calendars to import, which links to share, and what event details viewers can see.
  • Awase does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or train generalized AI/ML models on it.
  • Use of Google Workspace API data adheres to Google's User Data Policy, including Limited Use.
