Sync

Fast setup without importing a decade of history

Connect Google, import the calendars you need, and start sharing from a bounded sync window — six months each direction by default, configurable to three or twelve.

Fast to set up. Easy to integrate into your business.Keep your existing Google Calendar workflow. Connect the calendars you need, configure availability, invite collaborators, and start sharing—without a disruptive migration.

Heavy imports slow down adoption

If a tool waits for full calendar history before you can publish a link, you will keep emailing availability by hand on day one. A bounded sync window avoids that.

A scheduling window that matches real work

Awase imports events within your configured sync window — by default six months into the past and six months into the future. That is enough for booking and conflict checks without a multi-hour first sync.

Why teams choose Awase

Built for real scheduling workflows

Quick to integrate into your business

Start with the Google calendars and workflows you already use. Awase adds coordination, privacy controls, and booking without forcing your team to replace its existing process.

Default: ±6 months

Recent history and upcoming bookings import without waiting for your entire Google Calendar archive.

Configurable to 3 or 12 months

Tighten or widen the window in workspace sync settings if your business needs a different horizon.

Read-only Google access

Awase syncs from Google; it does not write events back through the Calendar API.

How it works

From Google Calendar to shared availability

  1. 1

    Connect Google Calendar

Authorize read-only access and choose calendars to import.

  2. 2

    Confirm sync window

Use the default ±6 month window or adjust to 3/12 months in settings.

  3. 3

    Publish share links

Open slots reflect imported events inside that window plus your availability rules.

Events outside the window may not appear yet

If you book farther out than your future window, extend the setting or wait for the window to cover those dates. Most day-to-day scheduling lives well inside six months.

Questions

Answers for this workflow

Will events outside the sync window ever appear?

Only if they fall inside your configured past/future month settings. Increase the window if you routinely schedule beyond it.

Does the sync window affect booking accuracy?

Open slots are computed from imported events in range. Conflicts on calendars you connected inside the window are respected.
