Import selected Google calendars into Awase, set sync window and tags, and use one workspace for sharing and booking.
Google Calendar lets you toggle calendars on and off. Awase lets you import the ones that should drive scheduling, see them in one dashboard, and publish share links that respect all of them.
Real-world example
A photographer imports three Google calendars: "Studio bookings," "Personal," and "Travel holds." All three block availability on client links, but only Studio is Public on the share page — Personal and Travel show as busy blocks. They tag Studio calendars "client-facing" and filter one link to that tag only.
You do not need every calendar in Awase. Import the ones whose events should block bookings and sharing. Leave irrelevant calendars out entirely.
Calendars shared to you from another Google account must already be shared into the account you connect — Awase cannot see calendars you cannot see in Google.
Awase syncs a bounded window — by default six months into the past and six months into the future (configurable to 3 or 12). Events outside the window may not appear until the window extends.
That is why setup stays fast: you are not waiting for a decade of history before sending a link.
Assign tags when organizing calendars. When creating a share link, filter by Included tags so a sales link ignores internal-only calendars even if they block time in the dashboard.
No. Google calendars stay separate. Awase aggregates them in the workspace and for availability calculations.
If Google only grants free/busy access, Awase imports limited data — enough to block time, not to show titles. The UI warns when detail access is missing.
Reading about private availability sharing is one thing. Connecting your Google calendars and sending a test link is the part that usually clicks.
