Why not Google Appointment Schedules alone?
Appointment Schedules work for simple 1:1 booking inside Google. They do not give per-calendar redaction on a standalone client URL, assistant approval toggles, or tag-filtered links the way Awase's Share settings do.
Configure booking types first
Under Availability, define types with duration, buffer before/after, minimum notice, max booking horizon, and max bookings per day. Awase includes templates like Consultation (15 min) and Photoshoot (60 min) as starting points.
Set weekly hours per type — e.g. intros Mon/Wed 9–12, reviews Fri 1–4.
The client flow, step by step
1. Client opens `/share/your-slug`, selects booking type.
2. Client picks an open slot (computed from Google events + your rules).
3. Client submits name, email, optional message → "Request received."
4. You or assistant approves in Bookings → Pending.
5. Client receives confirmation email with ICS and add-to-calendar link.
6. Approved slot blocks time in Awase's bookings calendar to prevent double-booking.
