A wedding photographer imports "Client shoots," "Personal," and "Travel" from Google. On the bookable link, Client shoots is Public (optional — some prefer Private too), Personal and Travel are Private. Booking types: "Consultation (15 min)" Wed evenings, "Engagement session (2 hr)" Sat mornings. A bride requests Saturday 9am; the photographer approves; confirmation email includes ICS with location notes from the booking type template.
